Itinerary

- Arrival to Tunis Carthage airport.
- Reception and Transfer to your hotel.

- Departure to the archaeological site of Carthage.
- Visit of the archaeological site of Carthage: we start with the hill of Byrsa which dominates the bay of Tunis and then the tophet, the great sacred space of the Carthaginians, the Punic gates and the baths of Antoninus, the cisterns of Maalga and the theatre of Carthage.
- Lunch.
- Direction Sidi Bousaid Village: a village renowned for its Moorish architecture, its colours and its poetic atmosphere that is a source of inspiration for painters and artists.
- Take a coffee at the famous mats.
- Return at the hotel.

- Départ to Bizerte.
- Arrival in Bizerte : City tour (corniche, cap blanc...), life in Bizerte revolves around the old port, an ideal starting point for visiting the medina, daily markets of vegetables, fruits and fish.
- Lunch.
- Visitthe forts of Ghar el meleh(Porto Farina): The first naval base during the Uthman period.
- Visite Utica Archaeological Site: One of the very first Phoenician trading posts established on African soil.
- Direction to Tabarka.
- Arrival in Tabarka: a small town of Tabarka is located in a natural site of great beauty. All around, there are pine woods, rocky cirques and viewpoints offering panoramic views of superb landscapes. Opposite, the old Genoese Fort proudly watches over the small seaside resort, its fishing port and its mariana: Genoese Fort, marina, the needles.
- Direction to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

- Depart of the tabarka to the Dougga archaeologicalsite: a major site of antiquity in Africa due to its size, its state of conservation, its monuments: This site is classified as a World Heritage Site of Unisco.

- Arrived in Dougga: let's discover this site (the theatre, the capitol, the forum, the temple of Coelestis, the house of the trifolum, the alleys).

- Lunch in Dar Jdoud: a culinary, cultural and tourist space with panoramic views of the moments of the Dougga site.

- Continue the road to Sbeitla.

- Arrival to the hotel.

- Begins the day with the discovery of the exceptional archaeological site of ancient Sufetula, one of the few Roman villas to have dedicated three temples to the Capitoline Triad.

- Continue the road to the south.

- Lunch in Gafsa.

- Arrival in Tozeur, located on the edge of the most important oasis ofTunisia, called the old Ouled el Hadef district with the possibility of a horse-drawn carriage ride in the palm tree.

- Accommodation to Tozeur.

- Let's start theday with the 4x4 (Extra) to access the mountain oases that we will visit : Midès, the canyons of tamarza, the waterfalls of Chbeika.

- Lunch.

- Then take the road to Ong Djamel (filming location of the "Star Wars« saga, Star Wars) in order to see the sets of the film. You will be able to admire the sunset over the great dunes of the Sahara.

- Visit of the place called "Corbeille de Nafta", and its pedestrian walk.

- Return to Tozeur dinner and accommodation .

- Departure from Tozeur to Matmata crossing the salt lake Chott el Djerid: Photo stop to capture the mirages and the white immensity of this "salt desert", passing then through Douz, a crossroads city in southern Tunisia nicknamed the gateway to the desert.

- Visit of the Douz art market with the possibility of taking a camel ride in the white sand dunes (extra) to admire the sunset.

- Lunch.

- Dierction to Matmata.

- Arrival to Matmata where you explore the cave dwellings.

- Passage by the Berber village of Toujène.

- Head towards Djerba via the Roman causeway

- Dinner et Hébergement à Djerba

- The morning visit to the local market Djerba & Visit to the Ghriba Hebrew Shrine: The Ghriba Synagogue is one of the most important Jewish sites outside of Israel; it is treasured by Jews from all over the world.

- Visit the Gallela Museum: This museum located in the village of Guellela offers a captivating glimpse of local crafts, including traditional pottery where you can admire exhibits on the history of the island as well as pottery demonstrations by local artisans.

- Lunch.

- Visit the Medina of Houmet Souk, where you willimmerse yourself in the atmosphere of Djerba, you will find a multitude of colorful souks where you can stroll and discover a variety of local products.

- Return to the hotel.

- Departure from Djerba to Gabes

- Arrival in Gabes : where we will visit the Jara market, which is a sought-after place of trade because it specializes in spices and henna.

- Lunch.

- Head to El Jem.

- Arrival to El Jem :
1. Visit the amphitheatre of El Jem the ancient thysdrus, which is the largest Roman monument in Africa and the 3rd largest in the Roman Empire.
2. After visiting the amphitheatre, head to the archaeological museum which has many mosaics.
3. Nearby, visit the Villa Africa which is a reconstruction of a Roman house.

- Direction to Sousse

- Accommodation at the hotel

- In the morning, visit the Marina of Kantaoui, then the medina of Sousse, Capital of the Sahel region.

- Dierction Kairouan :

1. Visit the city of Kairouan; One of the holy cities of Islam, called the city of three hundred mosques where we will discover; The Great Mosque, Barber's Mosque, Aghladides' Basins, Sidi Abid Ghariani.
2. Then visit to the Medina and tasting the local cake "Makroudh".

- Lunch.

- Direction in Hammamet.

- Arrival in Hammamet; Discover its small medina surrounded by high ramparts by the sea,itsKasbah (beautiful view from its summit).

- Accommodation at the hotel.

- Departure from your hotel and transfer to the airport.
